I’ve had a number of one-on-one sessions with Tara from Finding Flow: on the beach, in front of the fire at home and in her beautiful garden studio. All of them have been magical in their own way. Tara has a really special knack for understanding what you need on a particular day and will adapt the pace and style of each session to suit your mood. I always leave feeling calm and light. Her guided meditation at the end is the stuff of dreams. I wish I had a recording to play every night.

Firstly, can I say what a beautiful, welcoming space. You feel as though the hustle and bustle of town is a million miles away and you could be in a mountain cabin somewhere in Japan! Tara has taken great care to encourage me to feel comfortable exploring and naming what I might want from our sessions and has thoughtfully and intuitively begun to introduce me to a gentle yoga practice that allows me to focus on and notice the small but profound interoceptive experiences of subtle movements and stretches all the while challenging me to breathe into and with these movements. Tara constantly checks in with my experience and explains and gently guides me in the practice. It is just a beginning, and I feel safe but suitably challenged in my sessions. I would recommend Tara to anyone wanting to begin or develop their yoga practice.
