The journey you have been on has probably felt like a mental, physical and emotional rollercoaster. You may have experienced feelings of self-doubt, shame, frustration, panic, a lost sense of purpose and identity, confusion, and questioning yourself and the world around you,

I work one on one with clients using movement, breath, mindfulness and meditation practices to
